8th of May!  Woot!  Of course I’m this excited because the new Collabor88 collection is available.  There is a TON of ridiculous good stuff available.  Actually, so much so, that you can probably count on another post dedicated to it.

Things that I am wearing which you can find there – The hair, ohh the amazing hair!  Its fantastic, and…its mesh!  My top, undergarments, skirt, shoes, and necklace – ALL Collabor88.

Oh…and, you can find the fantastic build I am standing in there as well.  It is so gorgeous I had to take a shot of it just so you could see it in all of its magnificence:

This is a skydome, so basically everything you see in this shot is included; the build itself, plus the sky and even the ground you see int he image.  You can’t see it, but the inside of the structure opens to see the ground below.  It really is unique, and you really need it!  Go!

I decided it was due time for Sophia Harlow to change her clothes, ya know… since she hasn’t in like six months. (She was starting to stink if I am truthful)  So I picked up this fantastic FREE pose this morning, and told her I wanted to take a pretty pic.  Four hours of shopping later and we’d nearly figured out what we were going to wear =P

It gave me a really good excuse to go and visit the new FaMESHed event that just opened today.  And yes…everything there IS mesh, so you know I couldn’t resist.  You can find furniture, clothing, hair and accessories from some of the best designers on the grid, and even better….this will be an ongoing MONTHLY event.

I’m featuring some hair, jeans and jewelry that I picked up there. Loooooove these jeans, tho I will be honest… I am not a fan of the butt crack and this does have a bit peaking out.  I will suffer for fashion’s sake.  This hair is also really amazing, one of my favorites from Kavar in a long time!  Plus – this jewelry is by a totally new to me designer!  I promptly went to her marketplace store and bought all the things! \o/

Culture Shock is one of my fave events brought to us by Chic Management, and I got to sneak in a little early to shop.  This year mon tissu and celoe will be participating, which if you don’t already know means they each have a new and exclusive item out at the event.   Each and every other store participating in the event also has a new & exclusive item as well.  There are items clearly labeled in each store that a portion (or all in some cases) of the proceeds will go to benefit Doctors Without Borders.

The jumpsuit, bag and scarf I am wearing can all be found at Culture Shock as well as this pose that I am using….

I’ve been dying to use this hair, and I thought I really needed some sort of on location outdoor/spring scene.  So, I hopped over to Koinup Places and found this amazing place Calendon Victorian Garden.  There are lovely buildings to explore in addition to the gardens which are amazing and include statues, water features, etc.  I highly recommend paying a visit!  Thanks again to Koinup for helping me explore all that SL has to offer

The Culture Shock event opens May 4th and runs through May 26th, you won’t want to miss it!

I wanted this top as soon as I saw it, so I had to run back and buy it last night when I finally decided what I was pairing it with!  It gives me -shockingly enough- the feel of the Disco era.  So of course I had to throw on the disco tunes, and inevitably head out to the SL club last night!

The top is mesh, and the creator did a fantastic job making it very wearable.  You know, sometimes you buy something and it looks good in photos (well…if you take photos), but then it doesn’t really work for regular wear.  This would normally be the case with a top like this.  But if you find a creator who is working mesh in all the right ways it becomes a smashing hit.

This great new store has just opened, I went to the VIP opening party over the weekend, and was so pleasantly surprised by all of the very well created mesh clothing.  This mesh dress I am wearing, I wish I could even begin to do it justice, it’s just perfect.

There are 2 creators behind the new label, and they both (from what I hear) have other stores.  Who they are?  A mystery!  If you are feeling curious, or want to win a prize, try your hand a guessing.  In the meantime though, go pick up some of their sexy new creations….

I’ve been VERY eagerly anticipating the 20th all week-long. =P There was promise of new releases from two of my favorite stores.  Of course I was not at all disappointed.  I bought quite a bit, my inventory hates me even more.  Mesh just seems to get better with each new release, doesn’t it?

These jean shorts are probably my favorite thing I acquired, I mean we all know my obsession with SL jeans, so it was expected.  I imagine I will get quite a bit of use out of them, they fit fantastically. The corset is also gorgeous, and I love the floral pattern on it.  I tried to pic something from the collection that I thought might be “less” blogged.  I figure you will get to see the other stuff all over the place.

Also…this new hair… love the way it works with the corset and frames my face!

The 2012 Pose Fair officially opened on the 15th.  There are 2 sims full of new poses like; Singles, Couples, Family & Props.  They’ve had some issues with lag, but hopefully its all under control now.

The pose/prop I am using in the image above can be found at the fair from What Next.  Each pose in this set is oriented around the camera, and there is a men’s set also!  Winter has done some other special Pose Fair poses and props also, even an intimate couples pose that you can get for free at her booth at the fair.

There is even a Pose Fair Flickr competition you can participate in with some amazing cash prizes!

New casual mesh dress is all the inspiration I need!  Comes in an assortment of colors, some with the stripes and some without.  You will be needing to buy the matching belt.  I am not sure why it is sold separately, as I don’t think the dress looks proper without it.  Maybe you might find another belt you already have that will suit it tho?
