I’ve had this top in my inventory about a month now? It is simple, but the details, like the collar and the sleeves kept it in the back of my mind. So, it was the first thing I thought of when I saw Luna’s color pick this week! It was sorta tough for me to come up with exactly what I wanted to wear with it tbh. My first instinct was jeans, I am SUCH the jean girl inRL, but I feel like I’ve done jeans with quite a few of my color challenges. So I remembered that I had a pair of bright blue leggings, thankfully. And of course my absolute favorite go to high tops, which I managed to color coordinate pretty darn well, if I do say so myself.
This week’s color is Teal, and I am not sure my top is exactly teal, but I just got it, and I love it…so lets pretend? I think my eye makeup is probably a little more teal, and it is gorgeous isn’t it? This is the first picture I’ve taken in this new skin, when I first tried it on I wasn’t really sure I loved how I look in it, but the quality is so amazing that it is growing on me quite a bit.
The top is fantastic as well, the sculpts all fit really nicely, and it isn’t one of those that will only work for a still shot, it moves really well with my AO. I also love that you were given a few different belt color options, though I do think the coral suits it best.
I Would Live in Your Love
I would live in your love as the sea-grasses live in the sea,
Borne up by each wave as it passes, drawn down by each wave that
I would empty my soul of the dreams that have gathered in me,
I would beat with your heart as it beats, I would follow your soul
as it leads.

I waited to post my 52 Weeks Of Color Challenge until today, because the color is red. I am thrilled I did wait, because I wound up changing my dress since this AMAZING one turned up last night.
Hoping all of you enjoyed your Valentine’s Day, if you are anything like me…it isn’t the gift, but the gesture, and the person giving it that really matter. And more so, that you can give of yourself without expecting anything in return. That is what love is about, right?
Easiest 52 weeks of color yet. Black – what I own more of then anything else. Black… the outfit I *just* bought, purely by chance.
Nothing clever about me putting together this look y’all. The pants, bra, sheer top, gloves, and attached neck piece are all part of the outfit I purchased. I just paired up my SEXY new boots, and some amazing hair.
Happy Saturday….oh and in case you aren’t on my plurk, and haven’t been plagued with my constant prodding – My RL birthday is in just 5 days. February 10th, I like jewelry.
As soon as I saw Luna’s color of the week, I knew exactly what I was blogging. This is possibly one of my favorite pieces of lingerie, and the color of it is one of my favorite parts. In RL, this color is the one that looks best on me, and while shades of blue are my favorites, greens are a close second.
Also, since I am thinking about it, this eyeliner/mascara combo I’ve been sporting is heavenly, I’ve yet to see a makeup or skin it doesn’t look fantastic on!
I missed the last of the 52 weeks of color, which was indigo. I know I can go back and do it, but I am lazy. SO… here is my best effort at making up for it. This week’s color is Taupe, and I’ve thrown in some hints of blueish-turquoise, good enough, right? =P
Admittedly I am lying, it is a complete coincidence that I accented my taupe with these blue shades. I think I sort of love this weeks look, taupe is one of my favorite colors, mostly because you can really accessorize it with any color. Now that I’ve gotten my post done so early this week, maybe I can plan ahead for next?
I realized this evening that I had yet to do my Color Challenge blogging for the week. You know a big part of the challenge is up for our own interpretation, Luna gives a color, and even a swatch, but I find so many of us have our own feelings on what the color is. I do think it is great mind you, because not everything in life is “Black and White”
So my whole look is focused around this skirt, which is probably one of my all time favorite pieces in my wardrobe. No matter how many times I put it on, I fall in love with it all over again…
For some reason, I thought I was running behind on my Color Challenge this week. Turns out, I am right on time, which is fantastic. I was SO excited when I saw this hair this morning, it was just perfect for the SILVER color of the week. (Special thank you to Strawberry Singh, for reminding me that I had this sweater in my inventory, and then telling me the name of the store =P)
Know what else? This is my first blog of the New Year! So, Happy New Year to you all. I am not going to rant on about my previous year, or my expectations for the coming.
For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
And next year’s words await another voice.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
I am curious to see what this year holds for us all. <3
I am not sure if this can *really* count as my 52 weeks – Green. I have quite a bit of green in my inventory actually, so no lack of that Ican blame honestly. I just really wanted to use this sweater because it was the color green I had in my head, and I didn’t LOVE any of the othe green I paired with it.
This might wind up being one of my very last blog entries of the year. I cannot believe Christmas has come and gone, and we are just about to New Year’s Eve. But I can rant about that in my final blog of the year!
I was pretty excited about this weeks color for the challenge, because I’ve had this great outfit in my inventory for weeks, and no opportunity to wear it. So I kept it pretty simple, maybe I was being a bit lazy because of the holidays keeping me busy? =P
