Yes, I’m in a bunny costume.  Happy Sunday to you!

There are far too many incredible things to share from this month’s Collabor88.  Honestly, I had trouble trying to narrow it down, without spamming you with TONS of pictures.

This bunny costume is my favorite from the event, and it is MESH!  Glorious.

Another gem is this great dress and hair, oh and notice the home?  Yep, part of Collabor88 too.  You have options with it as well, if you want the skybox, or maybe you just want the home for the ground, you can do either.  I am sharing the skybox FULLY furnished version.  It’s absolutely perfect.  There is a pool outside that you can’t see (I’m standing in front of it), and the skybox surround fits it perfectly as well.

Oh…MORE hair, and another must have dress from the event, which is mesh, did I mention the other is mesh as well?? …AND a gorgeous skin as well, which you can get it in a few different makeup options, I loved this with my hair.  Oh, Oh!  AND…. ANOTHER skybox…this is a NYC one… LOVE IT. It definitely fits the whole “Shindig” theme of this month’s Collabor88.  Yet again, creators have simply out done themselves!

New Maitreya mesh is amazing.  I don’t think much more needs to be said about that.   I’m wearing a mesh shirt and leather pants in this image.  I didn’t have to adjust my shape at all, and my ass looks amazing in these pants!  =P  I think its great to have all these mesh pieces that you can work into your wardrobe and intergrate into other outfits, I imagine this top will work with other pants, and I’ve seen it paired with one of the mesh Maitreya skirts as well.

I figured I’d take advantage of the new mesh goods to also share the little mini makeover that I cornered an old friend into.  He looks pretty cute ey?

Prettiest Friend

I hope all of my friends who celebrate Thanksgiving had a wonderful one, however you choose to spend it!  I did the typical family thing at my Dad’s, we managed to all get along and none one got killed, so it was a good day in my book.

Anyway, now Thanksgiving is over, y’all are running the grid mad for your “Black Friday” steals…and I’m redecorating the sim!  It has a long way to go yet, but here is a little sneaky peek.  Besides it gave me a wonderful opportunity to show off this fantastic bicycle that What Next has out for Lazy Sunday.  It actually comes in 2 versions, I am using the red, but the blue is just as adorable.  It has 3 lovely poses built in as well!  Even if you just use it as a decorators piece, totally worth picking up.

Oh… and my boots!  Boooooots!  I swear all I ever talk about anymore are boots.  These lovelies can be worn with or without the sock, and they come in a lovely rainbow of gorgeous colors.  They have really fantastic buckles that run up the side of the boot as well, I should have gotten a better pic of that!  NEXT TIME!

It was New Year’s Eve 2008, and I was at a party at a friend’s house in SL, at the time I had no idea who Tricky was really, so when he showed up I wasn’t particularly impressed or anything.  Everyone was drinking, having a good time, and I think there was a lot of nakedness, I was newer to the group, and shy… OF COURSE, so I struck up a chat with the quiet guy (Tricky).  He had to leave abruptly, but promised he would catch up with me, and the rest as they say, is history.

Here we are nearly 3 years later, and he is probably just about my best friend in Second Life, as well as my boss.  There is no one I trust more than him, and we generally have the ability to be brutally honest with each other.  When I need help, he is the first person I go to, and he ALWAYS makes time for me.  That is saying a lot for someone who is buried up to his eyeballs constantly creating new skins.  I look up to him quite a bit as well, he is a very good businessman, but still manages to be extremely fair in nearly every situation.  We talk all day, everyday usually, and I tease him relentlessly (I am pretty sure it is my job description now), but I’ve no doubt that he knows how insanely important his friendship is to me now. <3

So we spent the day shopping and hanging out, he let me dress him too!  He doesn’t need the help mind you, he is one of best dressed men on the grid (imo).  I was already dressed, because I had went on a shopping spree for all of Juju’s new releases.  SO MUCH GOOD.

I can’t resist a good cardigan, in either SL or RL.  Just so happens there were quite a few to be had at DU4.  I picked up these 2 while visiting, because I knew I had some gorrrrgeous Hair Fair hairs that needed love.

The first hair is from Shag, which is a newer store, I’ve known about it about 7 months or so now.  There are a few new hairs set out at the fair, the one I am wearing, a side pony and one with a hat.  This one had to be used, it is so outrageously big, and I am not sure if I will get to wear it around the grid so much, but it is PERFECT for photos.  It makes me feel like a super starrrrr.

The 2nd hair is from Clawtooth, I’ve only really recently been able to appreciate Bubbles’ hair.  I just started picking up items these last few months, even tho I’ve know of the store forever it seems.  I ADORE this hair though, the cute  bangs and the hat (which is color change, in case you were wondering), it really is the perfect hair for a cardigan.

Shoe Fair 2010 Part I

We interrupt your regularly scheduled blogging to bring you… SHOE FAIR 2010!!! *insert girly screams and giggling*

So, I am going to *attempt* at blogging shoes from the shoe fair each day this week.  I say attempt, cause lets face it, I suck at regular blogging.  Buuuuuut, I did come home from the blogger preview with tons of new shoes, and I’d really love to share my favorites with you.

I should probably back it up a bit, maybe you have no idea what “Shoe Fair” is?  I won’t mock you, I promise.  So, anyway Shoe Fair is an event that spans over 4 sims, and includes some of the most amazing shoe designers on the grid.  Everyone participating has a certain selection of shoes out, and some part of your purchase goes to a charity.  (Some stores give 100%, some just partial, and they are all labeled, so be SURE to pick up the benefit shoes!)  This year the Shoe Fair’s benefit is Soles for Souls, which briefly is a charity that raises money to donate footwear all over the world to people in need.  The fair is open, and runs through August 22nd.

With that said, this first par is from N-core, they are a special edition zebra print pair, and I believe 100% of the proceeds from the purchase go to the benefit. I love them, and actually, they are my first pair of N-core shoes, there were quite a few really gorgeous shoes, and I will be going back to visit their store for sure!

I thought I would take a second to blog about a gorgeous gown, since so many will be in search of the perfect one for their romantic Valentine’s evening.

My friend Delora of Haven Designs was reading my mind when she IM’d me about this Rhapsody gown.  I had *just* peeked it on plurk and was lusting over it, yay for happy coincidences.  I love the amazing texture work that Delora does, and the sculpted waist of the gown really adds to the richness of the overall look.

I’ve paired it up with the gorgeous new jewelry set from Exodi, and hair from my new hair find shop Shag!

I am feeling pretty elegant, and ready to be wined and dined, any takers?! =P   HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!
